To ensure your child benefits from the resources offered by the school counseling department, please fill out the consent form found to the right of the screen. This form is essential for the counselor to work with your child and provide the necessary support. Additionally, if you believe your child would benefit from meeting with a school counselor, you can request this by completing the “Refer Your Child” form, also located on the left side of the screen. Both forms are vital steps in facilitating your child's access to counseling services.
